Project Manager
Tom Rayner is the founder of RCS. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and has over 15 years experience in the commercial construction industry both in Australia and Canada. Tom is highly detailed in everything he does and see’s every problem as a great opportunity for a creative solution. Tom is usually found on the rugby field or playing with his young daughter on weekends.
Barbara German
Site Superintendent
Dan brings 16+ years experience in safety, combined with 10+ years in commercial construction to the RCS team. His experience includes Residential, warehousing, and construction supply.
He holds a designation of National Construction Safety Officer since 2009 and also completed his Certificate in Occupational Heath and Safety from the U of A in 2020.
Dan is very passionate about safety, enjoys learning every day, and enjoys working with all members of the site team. His hobbies include spending time with my family and the dog; and hiking, hunting, or camping in the mountains.
Tara brings over 10 years of office and project administration to the RCS team. Her previous roles were primarily focused in the geophysical exploration industry and more recently, Transportation Engineering. Tara is eager to learn and takes pride in the work she delivers to clients and colleagues. She is very social and will take initiative to connect with other, always ensuring a high level of customer and client service. When not working, Tara enjoys spending time with her son in the mountains or visiting her hometown in British Columbia.
