Tom Rayner is the founder of RCS. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and has over 15 years experience in the commercial construction industry both in Australia and Canada. Tom is highly detailed in everything he does and see’s every problem as a great opportunity for a creative solution. Tom is usually found on the rugby field or playing with his young daughter on weekends.

Dwayne heads the Winnipeg office of RCS and has over 25 years experience in many diverse roles. He has earned a reputation for excellence in customer service and is an expert in coordinating difficult and aggressive projects. Dwayne is a results oriented, highly energetic professional who leads by example. When not at RCS Dwayne can be found out at the Lake with his wife, sons and two grandchildren.

Jonathan is a Project Manager who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management with over 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction. Jonathan prides himself as detail oriented and highly organized. He has managed projects in both Calgary and Edmonton simultaneously while being both efficient and thorough. Jonathan can usually be found chasing his two Shiba Inus around town with his Husband.


Gord Odaisky

Site Supervisor

Chris was born into a construction family and has followed his father in the carpentry trade. Chris has residential, commercial and institutional experience working on projects throughout Canada. When not at work, Chris can be found on the soccer pitch coaching year-round.

Gord is a commercial site supervisor and a Journeyman Carpenter with extensive experience in all aspects of the carpentry and construction trades. Gord takes pride in his work and is committed to quality, creative workmanship. In his spare time Gord enjoys motorcycling and spending time outdoors.

Ryan has over 20 years industry experience and brings forth both residential and commercial expertise. Ryan is dedication to his clients, has a high attention to detail and is an effective problem solver, who makes decisions quickly and efficiently. When Ryan is not on the construction site, you will find him in the mountains spending time with his two young boys and wife enjoying biking, skiing, lake time and quality family time.

Whitney Pull


Cindy drives the Administration and Project Coordination for the Calgary Office. She has over 5 years experience in the Architectural and Construction industries. Cindy loves learning and enjoys the exciting challenges her job throws at her on a daily basis. Cindy adapts quickly, is organized and is a detailed record keeper.  Cindy loves to spend time with family and friends on the weekends and play baseball in the summer.


Whitney is the hub of the Winnipeg Office. She has over 5 years experience in the commercial construction industry and demonstrates exceptional skills in customer service, administration and project co-ordination.  Whitney is a registered safety auditor, holds her first aid certificate and heads up the RCS Health & Safety Committee. Whitney spends all her off hours with her young daughter.
